Looking For Collection Team Leader Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing The Collections Team To Achieve Monthly Recovery And Collection Targets While Maintaining High Standards Of Customer Service And Compliance. The Role Includes Allocating Accounts And Workloads, Monitoring Team Performance, Tracking Collection Kpis, Coaching And Motivati. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic, Outbound | Languages : English, Hindi

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Outbound
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
