We Are Hiring A Result-Oriented Write-Off Recovery Telecaller To Join Our Collection Team. In This Role, You Will Handle Accounts That Have Been Written Off By The Company And Negotiate With Customers To Recover Outstanding Dues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Punjabi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Punjabi, Hindi, English
• A patient, calm under pressure attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
