Singh Consultancy is looking for an Assistant Receptionist to join its team in Kumhrar, Patna. Salary is up to ₹10,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
