Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics.

Key responsibilities

As a Telecalling Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, CRM tools, Verbal communication and Active listening
• Basic English
