Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Handle Team. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of KYC, MS Excel, Financial products and Compliance
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and persuasive

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
