A new Hr Executive role is open at Skanda Atomics Pvt Ltd, Chhatarpur, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Recruitment, HRMS, MS Excel, Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
