Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards.Hr Policies, Sops, Training Initiatives, End To End Recruitment Onboarding, Employeev Relation & Grievance Handling, Fluent English Compulsory. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, Labour law basics, Payroll and MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
