Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
