The Business Development Officer (Bdo) Is Responsible For Driving The Overall Business Growth Of The Branch By Sourcing New Customers, Cross-Selling Financial Products, And Ensuring Achievement Of Monthly Business Targets. The Role Focuses On Promoting Society Products Such As Fixed Deposits (Fdrd), Savings & Current Accounts (Casa), Pigmy Deposit. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM, Customer handling, Local market knowledge and Lead generation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and confident

Your responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
