Office Assistant

Sks International University is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Aligarh. The pay goes up to ₹60,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
