Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
