Customer Relationship Executive

Sky Enterprises is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join its team in Dadar, Mumbai. 15 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Lead And Motivate Teams To Achieve Operational Targets And Objectives. Manage Workflows, Assign Tasks, And Ensure Quality Standards Are Maintained. Analyze Performance Metrics And Implement Strategies To Improve Productivity.

Key responsibilities

• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Local market knowledge, CRM, Target achievement
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
