Scheduling Assistant

Skyskill Academy is looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join its team in Patia, Bhubaneswar. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
