Manage Restaurant Staff, Smooth Operations.Restaurant Captain Responsible For Supervising Floor Service Operations, Coordinating With Kitchen And Staff, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service, Handling Guest Complaints, Managing Table Service, And Maintaining Hospitality Standards During Shifts.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Billing / POS, Guest service, Communication and Food & beverage service
• Male Only
