We Are Hiring Bdm, Channel - Banca, Job Location - Banashankari 3Rd Stage, 6 Months+ Bfsi Experience. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Customer handling and Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone target-driven and persuasive

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
