Roles and responsibilities

• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹28,000 – ₹33,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Screening, HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are people-oriented and organised
