Back Office Coordinator

Smaalt is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Handle Day-To-Day Operations Independently.Coordinate With The Director And Provide Regular Work Updates.Manage And Monitor Orders From Placement To Delivery.Check And Verify Incoming Materials And Maintain Stock Records.Coordinate With Site Teams And Ensure Smooth Workflow.Maintain Proper Documentation And Operational Records. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
