Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English | Type : Mutual Funds

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Mutual Funds
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
