Smart Technology is looking for a Back Office Coordinator to join its team in Vatva, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Key responsibilities

As a Back Office Coordinator, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and well spoken

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
