Smart Technology is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Shyamal, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Typing and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
