Manage Vendors, Amcs, Repairs And Ensure Smooth Facility Functioning. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word | Skills Needed : Email, Computer, Tally

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Tally
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer, Tally
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.
