The Telly Caller Sales Executive At Smc Insurance Pvt.Ltd. Is Responsible For Calling Customers, Explaining Insurance Plans, Generating Leads, And Converting Them Into Policy Sales While Meeting Sales Targets. Marketing | Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marketing, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
