Smile Plus is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Barrackpore, Kolkata. The team is filling 2 vacancies. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Data entry, MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and dependable
