Account Clerk

Join Smita Consultancy Services as an Account Clerk in Dhankawadi, Pune. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Billing - Invoices, Tally Entries, Pt And Tds Working. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, Accounts receivable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, numerate attitude

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
