Back Office Executive

A new Back Office Executive role is open at SMJ Global Advisors Pvt Ltd, Karkardooma, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Data entry
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
