What the job involves

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Record Management, Tally

Compensation
