Responsible For Handling Outbound Customer Calls,Taking And Confirming Orders, Assisting With Inquiries, Updating Order Details, Following Up On Deliveries, Resolving Basic Issues, And Ensuring Accurate, Timely End-To-End Order Processing While Coordinating With Internal Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

You will be paid ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Negotiation, CRM and Target achievement
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
