Sneha Associates is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Old City, Hyderabad. Salary is up to ₹16,500/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹16,500 per month.
