We Are Hiring A Property Valuation Report Executive Responsible For Preparing Accurate Property Valuation Reports Using Site Visit Data, Documents, And Company Formats. Strong Ms Word & Excel Skills, Attention To Detail, And Documentation Accuracy Are Mandatory. Experience In Valuation/Banking/Real Estate Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of TDS, Accounts receivable, Tally and Accounts payable
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, organised attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
