Should Have Knowledge Of Handling Pre-Post Shipment Documentation. Coordination With Buyers, Suppliers, Factories And Other Departments Prepare Complete Set Of Documents Pertaining To Import/Export Shipping Documentation Based On L/C And/Or Other Credit Terms. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹38,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Typing, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and detail-oriented
