• Comfortable with Active listening, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools

What you will do

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
