Location: Astra Tower, Rajarhat, Newtown, Kolkata Responsibilities: Handle Calls & Emails, Coordinate With Property Owners, Buyers & Tenants, Maintain Records, Support Office Work Eligibility: 12Th Pass / Graduate, Basic Computer Knowledge Salary: As Per Company Norms. Languages : Bengali, Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi
• Good English
