Sonbarsa financial pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Telesales Executive to join its team in Sector 2 - Noida, Delhi. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹22,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
