Coordinate With The Sales Team And Customers For Orders And Follow-Ups.Maintain Customer And Sales Records.Coordinate With Production, Warehouse, Logistics, And Accounts Teams.Handle Customer Queries And Ensure Timely Order Processing.Support The Sales Team In Achieving Targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Hindi and English, Active listening, Complaint handling, Typing speed
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• A polite, patient attitude

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
