Source And Negotiate With Suppliers To Get The Best Price And Quality. Identify And Develop New Vendors And Maintain Good Supplier Relationships. Prepare And Compare Quotations And Negotiate Pricing And Terms. Create And Process Purchase Orders (Po) And Purchase Invoices (Pi). Follow Up With Suppliers For Timely Delivery Of Materials. Handle Mail. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

As a Purchase Assistant, your work will include:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
