Sp Infracon is looking for an Hr And Admin Officer to join its team in Sola Road, Ahmedabad. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS, Payroll
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone people-oriented and organised
