Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Manage Operations, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Manage Operations, Record Management, Quotation Management
• Skills Needed: Email
• Someone ethical and persuasive

What the job involves

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Salary

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
