We Are Looking For A Detail-Oriented And Proactive Claim Executive To Manage Shipment-Related Claims And Ensure Smooth Resolution Of Issues Such As Lost Shipments, Damages, Shortages, Rto Disputes, And Delivery-Related Discrepancies. Handle Customer Claims Related To Wrong, Defective, Or Damaged Spare Parts Received. Investigate And Validate Claims. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Time management, Teamwork, Problem solving and Basic computer use
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone reliable and well organised
