In this role, you will:
- Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
- You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
- Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
- Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
- Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
