Spine Solutions India(Ssi) has an opening for a Receptionist based in Naraina, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹24,000/month.

Alternative Sunday Half Day By Rotation(8.30Am-2.30Pm). Inr 100/Hour Overtime As And When Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised
