What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Computer, Tally
• An organised, dependable attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
