Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What you will do

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, English
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude
