Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹38,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
