Sri Chowdeshwari Associates is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. Freshers can apply. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Malayalam, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada

What the job involves

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
