Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

• Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Tuesday to Sunday
• Interview: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Tuesday to Saturday
