The Crm Executive Representative Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Students, Providing Information About Our Services, And Guiding Them Through Their Career Path Options. Day-To-Day Tasks Include Answering Queries, Maintaining Call Logs, And Following Up With Potential Leads. Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Telugu

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Inbound, Outbound, Telugu
