We Are Seeking Experienced Hr Executive To Join Our Collection Agency. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Recruiting And Managing Manpower For Collection, Recovery, Telecalling, Bpo, Or Bfsi-Related Operations. The Candidate Will Play A Key Role In Ensuring Timely Hiring, Employee Onboarding, And Managing Manpower For Collection. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Labour law basics, Recruitment and HRMS
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, good communicator attitude

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
