Your responsibilities

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: CRM tools, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Basic English

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹6,500 – ₹10,000 per month.
