Collection Telecaller

Sri Sai Dhanada Enterprises has an opening for a Collection Telecaller based in Zilla Parishad Colony, Ongole. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• You'll source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu
• You are detail-oriented and ethical
