Attend Incoming Customer Calls Professionally.Call And Follow Up With Inquiries Received From Justdial, Tradeindia, Website Forms, Whatsapp, And Other Lead Sources.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Products.Explain Product Features, Pricing, And Available Options Clearly.Convince Prospective Customers To Visit The Showroom.Maintain Records Of Inquiries, Follow-Ups, And Customer Interactions.Coordinate With The Sales Team For Customer Requirements And Order Processing.Achieve Monthly Inquiry Conversion And Sales Targets.Build Positive Relationships With Customers And Provide Excellent Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Inbound, Outbound

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
